Delete your account

You can delete your TradeShowPal account and its data at any time: from the app, from the web workspace, or by email.

In the app

  1. Open TradeShowPal and go to Settings.
  2. Under Account, tap Delete my account.
  3. Type DELETE, then tap Delete.

On a computer

  1. Sign in at app.tradeshowpal.com and open Settings.
  2. Choose Delete my account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@tradeshowpal.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete it within one month, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

  • Your account, your sign-in sessions and your personal space, with all its contacts, notes, photos, recordings, transcripts and meetings.
  • Your membership of any teams.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Teams with other members keep the leads that were shared with the team, because they belong to the team. The team owner can delete them.
  • Backups: deleted data is gone from our backups within 60 days.
  • Your phone keeps its own copy until you remove it: uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android's settings.

Want a copy first? In the web workspace, go to Settings and export your leads as a spreadsheet before you delete your account.

Delete some of your data, and keep your account

You don't have to delete your account to remove data. In TradeShowPal you can delete:

  • A lead, with its contact details, notes, photos, voice memos and transcripts. In the app, open the lead and tap the bin at the top. In the web workspace, open the lead and choose Delete this lead.
  • A photo of a card, badge or booth: tap the bin on the photo, in the app or the web workspace.
  • One of your digital cards: in the app, go to My card, edit the card and tap the bin. Its link stops working.

For anything else, email support@tradeshowpal.com from the address you sign in with and say what you'd like deleted. We'll do it within one month, usually much sooner.

What you delete is removed from our live systems at once, and from our backups within 60 days. Deleting a lead that's shared with your team deletes it for the whole team.
