Terms of use
Last updated 15 October 2026.
1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and TradeShowPal, based in Florida, United States ("we"). By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you use TradeShowPal for your company, you accept them on its behalf.
2. Plans and changes
We keep improving TradeShowPal, so its features may change. Some features are part of paid plans. If we change prices or what your plan includes, we'll tell you in advance, and nothing you've captured will be deleted because of a plan change.
3. Your account
- Give accurate details, and keep access to your email and devices secure.
- You're responsible for what happens in your account, and in the teams you own, including the people you invite.
4. Your content
What you capture stays yours. You allow us to store, copy and process it only to provide TradeShowPal to you and your team. You're responsible for having the right to capture and keep the contacts you add, and for asking permission before recording anyone. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
5. Fair use
Don't use TradeShowPal to break the law, send spam, harm other people, upload malware, try to get around its security or limits, or copy or resell the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Automatic reading
Cards, badges and codes are read automatically, and automatic reading can make mistakes. Check the details before you rely on them. The same applies to meeting notes and emails written by AI: read them before you send or rely on them.
7. Availability and backups
We work to keep TradeShowPal running and back up your data every night, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted or that data can never be lost. Your phone keeps its own copy, and you can export everything at any time; please do so before important events.
8. Ending
You can stop using TradeShowPal and delete your account at any time. If we ever close the service, we'll tell you at least 30 days before, so you can export your data.
9. Liability
TradeShowPal is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
10. Changes and law
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and, for important changes, email you before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
