Before the show

Know who you want to see.

Load the show's exhibitor list from the show's website, however it's laid out. If you can only see it when signed in, or it's in a spreadsheet, copy it and paste it in. Then mark who you want to visit, and as you meet people at their booths, they're checked off for you.

  • Every exhibitor and booth in one list
  • Who to visit, and who you've already met

Remember every booth, even the tenth one.

At each booth, capture the person you spoke to: their card, their badge, photos of the booth and the product, and a voice memo about prices, quantities and delivery times. It all works with no signal, and it's labeled as an exhibitor you met.

  • Booth, product and sample photos, kept with the contact
  • Hand over your own details by tapping phones
  • Voice memos turned into notes you can compare

Compare, decide, and follow up.

See every supplier you met side by side, with your notes and photos. Then ask for quotes and samples with follow-up emails that are already written, and share the shortlist with your team.
